UX graphic designer

Department: Business and Development

Type of Employment: FT or PT

Genev is a socially responsible company endeavoured to create innovative environmentally friendly e-mobility that the market loves.  We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designers with 1-3 years of experience, to work across Web application and Mobile apps(including tablets) on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web apps) and capable of producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces.

The UX Designer will work directly with the other IT, Sales and Marketing and Business and Development colleagues to optimize our user and product experiences in both mobile and web. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product team, Sale and Marketing team to create a clean and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.

  • Analyse the product specifications along with the Product Designer.

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users, the build team and other development partners to implement state-of-the-art user experiences.

  • Create user flows, prototypes, and wireframes according to the needs of the customers.

  • Analyse the existing applications and evaluate their UX effectiveness.

  • Communicate the scenarios, interaction models, end to end experiences and user experience designs to the team working on the product.

  • Consider the HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) element of the design and conduct research and understand the user psychology.

  • Identify the problems in designs and suggest the best possible solutions.

Skill and requirements:

  • BS in Graphics Design or interactive design, formal qualification in Graphic design or related field.

  • 1-3 years' experience in Web and Mobile Design, UI/UX information architecture and design practice.

  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience.

  • Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools. Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator are necessary.

  • Strong CSS and HTML Knowledge Required

  • Experience on popular tools like Invision, Axure, Solidify, UXPin, Wireframes sketch etc.

  • Strong and effective communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated and good time management abilities.

  • Good team player
