Firmware Engineer
Position Available: FT/PT
Genev is looking for an ideal candidate to fill the role of, Firmware Design Engineer - IoT, in its Engineering Design and Operations Division. The suitable candidate should meet or is able to demonstrate strong capability in the following selection criteria.
Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for designing printed circuit boards for IOT communication, sensor network and microcontroller programming. You will be able to acquire the following skills and knowledge.

Bluetooth low energy communication

PCB design using Altium designer

Using Network Analyser to obtain data of an antenna and tune it.

Handle large scale microcontroller programming.

Real time operating system programming (RTOS)

Fail safe circuit design
Skill and requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics and/or Information Engineering or related fields.

Have experience in printed circuit board design
-
Know the basics of switched mode power converter
-
Understanding of PCB level high frequency circuit

C++ programming
-
Have basic understandings of Data communication / Communication Networks
-
Computer System architecture
-
Basic 3D drawing skills
-
Communicate and write proficiently in English, Cantonese Chinese and/or Mandarin Chinese.
